Ensuring 100% Compliance in Parolee Monitoring
Boost accuracy and elevate business value and competitive advantages for federal institutions.
The governmental justice department is responsible for overseeing the monitoring of parolees. Offender managers produce reports involving both face-to-face interactions with parolees by referring to different source data (e.g. records of past convictions). This is recorded in a digital system. In the event of non-compliance with parole terms, the parolees are recalled to prison or reported to the court, hence making this monitoring particularly important in the prevention of the risk of reoffending and of serious harm.
The department’s Quality Assurance (QA) team had to audit these reports; however, due to capacity, it was only able to audit a limited amount of cases. Of those reports checked, the quality was found to be unsatisfactory. On top of that, employees were extremely overworked, with 77% of staff handling +55 cases each.
Our Intelligent Document Processing solution with Speech-to-Text models extract and identify violated cases from police records, court records, parole records, etc. to assure compliance and reduce the number of repetitive tasks as well as time pressure.
Our solutions enable 100% of cases to be checked, allowing modern compliance management to adapt to rapid changes in the regulatory landscape, helping to boost accuracy, elevate business value and competitive advantages for federal organisations.
