Product Development and Research Intern
From its beginnings in 2015, Innovatube was founded with the vision of providing consulting services for digitalization, software development and community-building opportunities for SMEs and startups in Southeast Asia. Along the way, we recognized the potential of AI as an effective tool to boost business performance and resolve common problems. However, AI has not been fully utilized due to the knowledge gap and technical barriers between AI developers and businesses, hindering their collaboration. We want to take on the role of pioneer to connect and solve the problems that both businesses, as well as AI researchers, are facing.
That is why in 2018, we decided to change our brand’s name from Innovatube Solutions to Nexus Frontier Tech. Besides our consulting services for digitalization & software development, we’re offering an AIaaS platform, Podder.ai. Podder.ai is a technology platform turning AI (ML/DL) models into production-scale applications that stakeholders can use with ease. Thanks to Podder.ai, we will be able to make AI accessible and applicable in the business world’s everyday operations.
As for our community-building mission, we now aim to hold events and courses to foster talents not just in AI, but other forms of deep technology such as IoT and Blockchain.

We are looking for 01 Product Development and Research Intern in our Hanoi office.
- Market research: conduct market research and users analysis to recommend product improvement ideas and new product development.
- Market intelligence: develop external and internal data sources to improve the business’s understanding of the product’s market, competitor activities, and consumer activities. The findings will be shared with other departments such as Marketing, Sales and Production to enhance their decision-making process.
- Product go-to-market strategy: at intern level, you’re expected to support managers in
- creating go-to-market plan to bring new products to market by co-ordinating with sales, advertising, and production team
- working with production team to understand product specs, key features,…
- creating sales materials such as sales deck, target market, product features analysis, competitors analysis to make sure that salespeople understand product and market correctly
- working with marketing team to present new products on website and other channels
- Other operation tasks if required;
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication in English because you will have to read and write mainly in English
- Manage multiple tasks and is detailed-oriented because you may wear multi hats at once.
- Strong analytical skills, logical thinking, researching skill because you will do a lot of analysis and other people will count on your analysis to make decisions
- Good interpersonal skill because this role requires you to work across functions a lot
- Independent worker , high ownership because what everyone loves in a colleague
- Interest in new technologies like AI is an advantage;
