With over 35 years of experience, Mark has a deep understanding of technology strategy, enterprise architecture, infrastructure, information security, and application development. He has spent the majority of his career at the intersection of technology and business, driving innovations and enhancing client relationships.
Mark is the President of CreekEdge Consulting Inc., where he focuses on technology and information security strategies. His firm excels in bridging the gap between security/technology and sales/account management, supporting new sales and renewals, and expanding client relationships. Prior to this, Mark served as the CIO at Broadridge, where he significantly contributed to their technological advancements.
In addition to his role at CreekEdge Consulting, Mark is a board member of Qosina, a medical components business, and the former chair of the board at Accelerated Innovators, a staffing business. He is also a partial owner and technical advisor for a security start-up company, Defy Photo Shield. As a recognized industry professional, Mark regularly publishes thought leadership articles and is frequently interviewed by many industry and technology forums, including Forbes.com.

With over 30 years of experience, Nam Sin’s remarkable journey includes serving as CEO of the Institute of Banking and Finance (IBF), where he was on secondment from the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). Nam Sin has consistently demonstrated his ability to lead high-performing teams, manage complex projects, and drive strategic initiatives. At IBF, he spearheaded the development of the national Skills Framework for Financial Services, launched the Jobs Transformation Map, and implemented major initiatives to upskill finance professionals and boost industry training participation.
Prior to his impactful tenure at IBF, Nam Sin held significant positions at MAS, including Assistant Managing Director for Financial Sector Development and later Human Resource and Information Technology. His contributions as a member of the MAS Executive Committee were instrumental in managing critical national infrastructure, such as the inter-bank payment facility (MEPS+), and driving financial sector reforms, including the liberalization of the banking sector and the development of the Singapore dollar bond market.
Nam Sin’s career began at the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB), where he was part of the pioneer team developing the services sector. He also served as Regional Director in New York, successfully attracting significant investments from the United States. His early career includes engineering roles at Indeco Engineers in Beijing. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Glasgow and attended the Stanford University Executive Program. In recognition of his contributions, he was awarded the National Day Public Administration Medal (Silver) in 2008.
Currently, Nam Sin remains active in the industry with board directorships and advisory roles in both the private and public sectors.

From Tokyo, Hajime Hotta is a serial entrepreneur who has had several successful ventures in Japan. He invented and led the core product at Cirius Technologies, which was acquired by Yahoo Japan, and also led the series A funding at Naked Tech, which was sold to Mixi Japan. He holds a PhD in Artificial Intelligence and a strong academic background in AI and AI-web application.
Formerly with the Monetary Authority of Singapore, Derrick has over a decade of experience in financial services, working alongside senior public and private stakeholders across central banking, regulation, market development and product innovation. He was responsible for growing Singapore’s capital markets, and pioneered two retail investment product launches for the Singapore Government.

Eiichi is a seasoned independent advisor with over 20 years of experience in cross-border private equity and his overall track record positions himself as a valuable asset in international business development. He started his career with ABN AMRO Bank in the 90s, where he was a specialist in the debt capital markets and derivatives marketing group across Europe, Japan and Singapore. His contributions are now extended to acting as advisor at Patience Capital Group, a leading Singapore based Real Estate Investment Manager as well as directorships in Fair Consulting Group of Japan’s subsidiaries in the US and Israel. David is a seasoned data expert and tech entrepreneur. With a rich background in large corporations, he had been a driving force at AIG Trading Group, where he established a special operations unit and served as the global head of systems development. His innovative contributions include creating the first hedge fund CTA management system and designing the natural gas trading platform that propelled AIG to a leading position. David’s expertise extended to assisting Goldman Sachs shape their data mobility strategy, as well as strategies for SunGard, Broadridge and other institutions showcasing his exceptional track record in large corporate environments.

Based in Vietnam and Thailand, Yusuke has +15 years experience in infrastructure engineering and system delivery, with a strength in delivering securities exchange and foreign exchange trading systems used in Fintech.
