Danny Goh
Chief Executive Officer
The services and products we provide would not be possible without the trust of our customers. Therefore, we take the security of our customers’ data and services very seriously.
This security policy is a statement of commitment from the Nexus team to continuously enhance and maintain information security. It summarises some of the key ideas and measures that we have implemented.
Coverage of Security Policy
This policy covers all information assets that we handle in the course of our business activities. These information assets include not only our company’s information, but also important information assets of our customers.
All of Nexus’s directors, employees and temporary staffers who are engaged in handling and controlling these information assets, as well as outsourcing agents and their employees who deal with these information assets, must comply with this Information Security Policy.
Compliance with Laws and Regulations
We will comply with all laws, regulations, and guidelines established by the government and other norms and social orders related to information security. This includes laws related to the handling of personal information, which we strive to protect appropriately. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information on how Nexus protects personal information.
Information Security Measures
We have established an information security organisation system, developed a security policy with accompanying operational manuals, measures and processes, invested resources and conducted audits to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information assets in our business.
We have established an Information Security Committee to implement and maintain a management-level, company-wide system for information security. Mr Yusuke Hirano, as Head of Engineering and Data Protection Officer, leads the Information Security Committee and is an integral part of the management team.
Continuous improvement
We will periodically assess the effectiveness of our information security measures, and continuously improve them as necessary.
We will continuously educate our executives and employees to make them understand the importance of information security management. It is everyone’s responsibility to protect and manage the information security of our services and solutions.
